    Suck at IPA

    Hey man I feel the same way you do! I have had a hell of a time getting a good tasting IPA. Normally my fermentation is slow as well. I use bottled spring water and do not add anything to it, so it is possible that plays a roll in it, but my gut tells me its all about yeast health and abundance...

    Dropped some of the yeast packaging in the Carboy!

    I always rack to secondary, but i only make starters for beers over 1.060. The IPA is lower than that range so i did not make extra work for my self.

    So i have brewed two batches today! An American HEFE and a Russian River Blind Pig IPA clone. Everything went great with the HEFE and everything was going great with the IPA until yeast pitching time came around. I accidentally dropped the corner tip of the smack pack packaging into the carboy...

    Dilemma with all grain brewing ....

    Dry Ice to oxygenate wort?

    This may be a silly question , but i noticed when i dropped dry ice into a cup of water last night it bubbled like crazy! Could dry ice be used to oxygenate Wort?

    Dispensing Draft into Bottle question.

    I was curious if it would be alright to dispense my draft beer into a couple of 12 oz bottles? drinking them more than likely same day. Would the bottles be able to handle the pressure? What would happen if i left it in the bottle for a few days? Would it go flat?.. Would love to here some...

    Anyone know how i can remove this?

    Hey folks unfortunately i am having to replace my Co2 Regulator and need to remove the Co2 Hoses from the regulator, but it is clamped down really well with a fitting i have no idea how to remove.. Can anyone help me out here hopefully this image loads in the post.

    To replace or repair Co2 regulator.

    Im attempting to use some JB welding epoxy to seal the leak.. I figured for 7 bucks it was worth a shot ... Having to let it cure for 24 ours then i will be adding another coat on top of it .. Wish me luck!
