    Sweet Southern Magnolia Aroma?

    I'm wanting to experiment with an IPA that would have a slight Aroma of sweet southern magnolia flowers or possibly honey suckles...both of which are very native to georgia or most southern states...any ideas on achieving these aromas without making my beer taste sweet? :beard: Offbeat Ale...
