Last Tuesday night I racked my first batch of IPA to it's secondary (glass carboy). Activity level seemed low, so I added the dry hops (pellets) at the same time. Two days later there was a small layer of foam on the head of the beer.
Will this ever go away or is it anything I should be...
I know it is already June but I wanted my second batch of brew to be a Maibock. Anyone have any good suggestions for a recipe? Or for that matter a good link to a page with many different recipes.
