interesting concept, not sure how the yeast will handle the fruit. I dont have much experience with fruit, but the few I have done I have always added to secondary after fermentation.

the only problem I have with AHS is the shipping time to NY, but I guess thats not really their fault....

the new place owned by Suds Factory? I find it funny they opened and didnt have their own beer on tap, even though I have never heard a good thing about it. I did hear they may be venturing away from extract brewing though!

I have kettles from Stout, I haven't got them set up yet but they look to be well built and should work flawlessly. should be brewing with them by mid December.... he is easy to deal with, but as you will read online his lead times are long. being a solo operation it takes him a little while...

thanks guys! Bobby M, what do you recommend using rather than triclovers? she is not a fan of the quick connect type that are similar to air tools. we are trying to do everything FDA compliant because there is a chance he pump and some of the setup will be used for a pro rig in the future.

My GF bought a march pump that has 3/4" FPT and MPT input and outputs. she wants to use 1/2" triclover fittings. is there an adapter that goes from the 3/4" FPT and MPT down to 1/2" for the fittings? I am no plumber and don't really understand which thread type is compatible with another, i...
