Hey Y'all! Brewed what seems like it is going to be a great porter this past Sunday. I want to tranfer to a secondary for a little bit of aging, and am thinking of adding Vanilla and Coffee to the secondary. My only question is.... How much? Moving to a secondary too soon after one week...

This looks sweet! Great job! This is kind of what I am thinking currently, I like the wood idea because of it would be easy to modify down the line, opposed to welding. No extra $ for a pump right now, but do plan on purchasing one down the line.
