    I meant "used" by, I bought the hamburger, didn't eat the bun, and then saved it to make the beer. I was eating low-carb at the time. I should have been clearer!

    HB McStout, made with a quarter of the grist from used McDonald's hamburger buns. The salt, pepper, and beef grease is a nice touch. Kills the head retention though. 6.2% ABV.

    HB Cream Ale. 5 kg Pilsen Malt and 1 kg flaked maize mashed at 65C. 20 g Northern Brewer for 19 IBU. US-05. Packaged around 20 litres. 5.1% ABV.

    I'm drinking HB Barley Wine I bottled in April 2024. Grist was Golden Promise with a bit of Biscuit Malt. Hopped with Vic Secret and Idaho-7 for 80 IBU. 10.2% ABV. A massive amount of chill haze, but overall it's malty bitter love in a pint glass!
