This was made with 12# local NW Idaho honey and 1#strawberries 1/2# each blueberries/raspberries. I think I pooched it with this little bit though cause I got impatient with the extra 1Gal that wouldn't fit in my carboy and I ran it through a Pur filter.... >_> This is my first time making mead...
