I have a batch on Irish Stout that I brewed about 3 months go and it is still in the fermenter. I was wonder if first it is still good and if i would have to pitch more yeast before bottling.
I am looking for a FREE brewing software like brewsmith. I am a new brewer and would like to be able to keep records of all my brewing. Buta as a new homebrewer i dont know what information to keep but a program like brewsmih is excellent at keeping records. If anyone could help that would be great.
Had the same problem but i didnt take care of it when i saw it. And i did paint my ceilin with a little bit but its still going stron after cleaning up and resanitizing.
