A new to me beer Boont Amber Ale Anderson Vally Brewing Co. from Boonville, CA Above Avg for style, nice and creamy. But not good enough to justify the $10+ for a 6-pack again.

I'm just wondering what, if any, the benefits are to joining AHA? I know I also get a subscription to Zymurgy for $43 a year. Is it a good magazine? My LHBS gives a 5% discount to members but I would have to spend $840 to make it worth it. How many here are members?

I used 3/4 cup of dextrose. Do I still need to take the precaution to oxygenate it as little a possible, like beer? I thought I had mixed it well, I have my doubts now. Edit: The flat bottles are noticeably sweeter than the carbonated ones. I'll just have to tell everyone that is how it is...

I aged my first batch of Apfelwien for four months. I bottled it 2 weeks ago. I made the mistake of not repitching yeast. Most bottles are completely flat, not all tho. Will time fix this problem? Is there anything I can do at this point? :( Thanks
