    Brewing with cereal??

^It is quite cheap to brew with cereal. Fantastic. I have used many cereals in beers including: cinnamon toast crunch, frosted flakes, and mini wheats. I keep meaning to try capn crunch in one. You'd be surprised how well cereal works with brewing. :mug: :ban:

    German Wheat with cereal

As some may know, I am a cereal (not serial) brewer and do not use extract or other grains (and as some may call it the "grandpa's old way" or brewing). That being said, I am going to try a German Wheat soon or this fall. I am planning on using mini wheats and a little bit of sugar with yeast...

Just a beginner, feedback welcome. Name is a little corny but I tried. This is my first Irish Stout attempt.

Anyone tried using breakfast cereal in the mash?

^I've actually been meaning to try cap'n crunch oats or frosted flakes. But just the cap'n crunch oats, not the berries, i think the berries would give it a fruit character, not really what im looking for.

Anyone tried using breakfast cereal in the mash?

I actually use various breakfast cereals in all my beers as the primary ingredient. No extract, nope. Cereal, turns out pretty good everytime. :mug:
