    Well, I finally got a look at the cyser that's been sitting for some time. It appears to have some mold growing on the surface. I suppose that means it's a dumper?

    No, just trying to stop it from getting worse. I think i saw pellicle on the top and it tastes slightly sour, like a berlinerweisse beer.

    Lacto-fermented cyser

    So, I didn't intend to do this, but apparently I infected my melomel when I was cold crashing it. Is there any way to stop the lacto/pedio from getting any worse? It isn't too bad now, just slightly sour, but I wouldn't want it to get any worse!
