    Hefeweizen yeast?

I did on my last batch and couldn't tell a difference. Make sure you back sweeten. My cider came out way too dry and I am not sure if it was the yeast or if it was just because thats how the receipe was.

Weissbier "Kick you in the face Banana Hefeweizen

Best beer I have brewed according to friends. I would recommend this to everyone! I called mine Banana Hammock and it is a perfect beer to sit back and relax in the sun, on a beach, or just in the yard.

3 weeks in secondary and no bananas in secondary.

Highly recommend this!! All my kits have a similar heaviness / taste but this is unbelievable. I believe it got up to 6% which was great but surprising. I left the secondary bananas out and still had a great light refreshing smell and aroma.

Hoping someone responds quickly. I am racking into the secondary and I am wondering if I over did it with the banana flavors. Should I continue to plan to add bananas to the secondary? How much banana is in the final taste profile?

Looking forward to this beer! Just brewed 2 days ago and fermenting is out of control.

    Easy Bottling from a Keg

When I had a CO2 leak in a keg and my CO2 ran out, we siphoned from the keg. 3 weeks later I opened one of the bottles up and the beer was still carbonated to my surprise. Please let me know if this lasts the test of time.
