I'm seeing the same too - I think the script is having a hard time reading those values from the controller - for some reason - doing my best to figure out why.

Check the rating on the power supply - under-speced power supplies are one of the main causes of SD issues with Pis.
I think the official one is 2.5A and 5.5v.
