Experienced Cordial maker, one time (successful Elderflower Champagne maker) & first time wine maker??!!
Future Brews
More of this years if its a success, Cordials of whatever I get my hands on an abundance of, no reasons to do it by halves is there?!
Primary
Was making Elder flower cordial, but on third day it was not like I wanted so I have adapted to Rhubarb wine, have now transferred to demijohns but I am curious of the look of it, at this moment, and may have some questions for the future as it progresses.
Bottled
I have made peach cordial, Elderflower cordial, Lime and ginger cordial, Dambena - blackcurrents and Damsen cordial, Rhubarb Cordial. Elderflower champagne - with only natural yeast from flowers - it went very fizzy and wasn't tested for alcohol content I'd estimate 7% as drank early. Would recommend!
