The hops are pelletized. Haven't opened them, so have no idea how cheesy they are. I'll definitely bring a bag, maybe both (someone in the South Coast Homebrew Association asked for 6 ounces).

If anyone is interested, I was given two 11-lb bags of US Goldings hops from 2008. They've been sealed and refrigerated the whole time. I'd be happy to give away at least one bag, and probably both.

So, uh, what're the details about the pickup? When will the times be? I might be able to help out for a while and am wicked strong! ;)

How long do sorters have to stick around? I can come at 11 and help for a couple of hours, but can't commit to staying much past 1.

Just tried this on a pair of super-carbonated refrigerated kegs. On the first keg, after about 4 tries, I started getting massive head spillage when I vented the CO2. It spewed out of the vent when I released the CO2. On the second tank (which was more full-on head), it started spewing on the...
