Hi there, I'm a bit late to this thread but I recently started a mead, not knowing I could be allergic to the honey (forgot to taste) anyways I tried a little today and my throat swelled up quite a bit. If anyone could if, at the very least, it reduces the allergy, it would be appreciated...
