I think I'm going to try single stage fermentation and dry hop in the bucket at 10 days and bottle no more than 2 weeks after that. Thanks to everyone for the help and I'll let ya know how it turns out.

I've read of a lot of people on here doing one stage fermenting with beers that will not ferment as quickly as an IPA. I was wondering if anyone out there has done this with an IPA dry hopped at 10 days?
I must have switched some numbers somewhere Fuzz but even if I had your numbers I would still be confused as to how I'm supposed to boil 6.5 gal in a 5 gal pot. Also could you post a pic of the default numbers for the 5 gal pot? I don't think there's a reset anywhere. Thanks so much for the help...
I still don't really understand why the automatic calculation for the boil volume would be close to 2X what the pot could possibly hold. My batch size is set at 4 gal, boil off at 2.14 gal and my auto calculation for boil volume is still 8.67
