I've been an all-grain brewer since 2005, discovering craft beer late in life and since determined that I simply can't live without it - living abroad be damned!!
I'm particularly partial to German lagers, including kellerbiers, zwickels, dunkels, bocks, doppelbocks, maibocks, schwartzbiers, helles, and maertzens; plus the ales - altbiers and koelschs! You can keep the pilsners and hefes.
