Homebrewer 99-I guess your curiousity has gotten the best of you and if you must know I am a cop. When I mention reefs I mean coral reefs and saltwater. I have saltwater coral reef tanks in my home as a hobby. :drunk: :p I am from the northest burbs of IL.

Folks,
I just brewed up a batch of Scotch Ale on Saturday. The first day the fermenting was taking place normally and bubling like crazy. I looked today (monday) to see how the batch was coming along and no bubbling. Its not possibilty that it would be done yet? What could be happening...
Where is a good place to find a wort chiller? I had to wait for and internity to get the wort to cool tonight? I tried ebay but I am unsure of a good brand to purchase. All comments welcome!

The wort will be more dense in you have not added the remaining couple of gallon to the fermenting bucket. When did you take the OG reading using the hydrometer?
OK folks...........I just fisnished up brewing a belgiam wit beer brew. I am excited to see how this turns out. One quetion tho.......I sealed the fermenter without taking a OG reading. What gravity reading am I shooting for as a FG? I am definately going to transfer to a secondary on this...
