My name is Matt and I just started home-brewing. To date (03/18/10) I've completed one batch. Outside of brewing my time is taken up by sports, school, and work. I'm double-majoring in accounting and finance at the University of Houston. Brewing and the craft beer movement has become my biggest passion and I'd like to build a career in the craft beer industry in some fashion.
