Great, this is the recipe I will try. I do have two questions though. When do you rack to the secondary? Do you add any rice hulls or do you have any problems when you are draining the wort?

From what I read back sweetening will make it sweeter. I have my first batch in the ferm now. Not sure what the gravity is now. I had a higher SG 1.071 but I used less sugar (1lb cane & 1 lb brown). I must have gotten the extra gravity from my apple juice (sams club-markers mark I think)...
