    Man, I love Apfelwein

    I did this as a 1 gallon batch, I'm sure it can be scaled up, which I plan to do on the next batch. 1qt black cherry juice 3qt apple juice 1cup sugar 1 gram champagne yeast. Nice and easy just like the original recipe. I like it with a little carbonation too.
