Okay sweet, so it will eventually settle down again? Also I noticed that this did not happen with some of my other beers when travelling. They had less hops though
I did a smoked porter about a month ago, I force carbed it and it was pleasant to drink instantly. I recently did an imperial stout 5 days ago, force carbed it and it is really nice to drink. Next time I do a stout or porter I will set some aside to age and try to see what all the fuss is about 😉
