    Garden hose adapter for Moen

Might have an easier time putting in an adapter under the sink that you can connect to, just T straight from the cold water line with a shut off.

Humidity and mold in fermentation chamber

Bleach isnt actually a great thing to use. Bleaches ability to actually kill mold is relatively limited (although it discolours it nicely). However as its corrosive you'll actually pit the surface of what you're cleaning at the microscopic level. It's these kinds of pits and surfaces that trap...

    What are you drinking now?

Hacker-Pschorr Munich Gold. Nice German spot with 36 taps not to far from from here, so had to try a few different things.

    Make IPA Clear Again

They've actually, admittedly changed the recipe a fair bit in the past century. The older recipes from the mid/early 20th century were heavier on the hops. Modern is lightly hoped and so on. All that's really the same from the original nearly 200 year old recipe is the name.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Brewing a white IPA and a cherry/apple graf for the Mrs on Sunday. Both are experiments, so we'll see if either turn out to be drinkable or not.

Seems like where you're ordering these terrible NEIPA's from simply needs to start differentiating, or the question of what style of IPA is it needs to be asked. Honestly I take more issue with things like Alexander Keith's being called an IPA then I do...

    Make IPA Clear Again

What's preferable though, clear swill or the hazy good tasting stuff? Sometimes you can't have both.

    Make IPA Clear Again

That is actually a delightful and clear IPA. Grain bill is supposedly enormous though so good luck with trying to make that in smaller scales.

    What are you drinking now?

So I've had this in the fridge for a month now. Midland has a butter tart festival, and Sawdust City puts this out for it. Actually pretty good, but to sweet to drink more then one IMO.
