What one hop should I grow?

Just a sidenote (perhaps you know this already): plant your hops away from the rest of your garden. They can quickly overgrow other plants and are really difficult to remove. Keep an eye out for any 'seeking' branches which are looking to grab onto something. My mom had hops in her garden and...

    The "Dear" , "Sincerely" thread

Dear Clients, I'm a starting film freelancer, struggling to make a living in this fairly competitive industry. However, I do my best to give you the best bang for your buck. So I'm wondering why you'd try to persuade me to do your assignment for half the money I proposed? I know your funds are...

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but did you get it to clear? And how did the cider turn out, taste-wise?

    What beer?

I guess I'm pretty lucky. I grew up in the south of the Netherlands, near the border with Belgium. Some great beer here :)! The La Trappe brewery is right around the corner from where my mom lives. We go there to picnic and buy some fresh beer to go with it.

    Sewer Water Beer

Conventional wisdom states that they weren't aware that it was the boiling that killed the pathogens, but I suspect they just came up with the best excuse to drink beer all day ;)! Wife: What the hell Harry! Beer at 8 in the morning?! Harry: Yeah, the water is unsanitary. Wife: Very...

    does group builder own homebrewtalk?

Heyo! Curious if Group Builder runs this forum? Just wondering if they're the team behind keeping HomeBrewTalk going. Does anyone know if they're the ones managing everything behind the scenes?
