I am an ER nurse in a relatively small hospital just south of Houston. I'm new into brewing, my brother bought me a brewing kit for my birthday. He has a home made setup that is a work in progress, but he is making moonshine. I like a lot of different hobbies from cars to gardening. I grow mostly peppers and think that once I get this down a little bit so I can start playing with adding some peppers to see how that works out. Married with three kids. I like to fish, shoot guns and build stuff!
