Success!!!!! New reservoir installed and Glycol flow restored. Ran the Raspberry Pi cleaning cycle #6 with no errors and I’m back in business. Thanks for everyone’s suggestions in troubleshooting.

Think I found the problem. I ordered a new glycol reservoir after opening mine up and seeing this mess. I’m guessing it is restraining the flow 😁

Thank you I’ll open it up and see. Figure as long as I’m in I’ll just replace both of them. I added the Glycol reservoir previously so will also add a T junction for easier top offs. Every time I brew it seems I need to do some repairs or upgrades 😞

I noted that my glycol was being lost through the heat exchanger. It was actually passing internally to the wort. I replaced the exchanger with a 14 plate (yes it fits, but you can also use a 12 plate one) instead of the 10 plate one. I think my exchanger was damage from the top section mounting...
