That was my initial plan yes, the thought of just using the output from the arduino never crossed my mind because the relay was there waiting to be used already, what can I say, I'm a therapist not an electrician :smack:

Never occurred to me to do that, now you mention it though it is certainly a much more straight forward option, cheers ;)

HOWTO - Make a BrewPi Fermentation Controller For Cheap

No specific guide but there are posts on the brewpi forum and here, just a bit of extra wiring to switch input side of the SSR from the relay then switch the fridge power from the SSR output side. The 3rd post in this thread should be what you need I think. http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=10291 Also, your pi is on your home network I presume, as you can see the graphs, so it shouldn't be a big deal to give it internet access so it can sync time with a ntp server?

Looks like the time is wrong on your pi, I'm pretty sure that the main graph gets time from the server (pi) and the profiles get it from the client (local computer). set your pi time from ntp, http://articles.slicehost.com/2010/11/8/using-ntp-to-sync-time-on-debian
