Hey everyone tried another one of my English pale ales today. They taste great but have been over carbed, and I mean as soon as beer hits glass bam massive foam. They have been bottled for a month, I did a 5 gallon batch and used 5oz of prim sugar. Now today the foam wasn't as bad but I notice...
Now I no there's many threads about this but they all say you'll see fermentation in about two - three days it's been four and no signs temp is at 70f any ideas....it's an English pale ale as well
awesome ive been learning a lot from this site....the biggest thing ive learned is that most likely nothing is wrong with your beer it just needs some good 'ol time.

I'm fermenting an APA it's been in primary for 14 days I took a gravity reading today and the reading was normal bout 1.012, no more krausen but its not clear the thief was filled with trub it does not seem to be settling any opinions would be greatly appreciated
