Hello fellow home brewers and Zymurgists.
Are you near Ventura California?
Are you available Saturday September 21st?
Are you somewhat familiar with style guidelines of the BJCP?
Do you enjoy craft beer and want to be a part of a judging panel?
If you answered YES to all of these...
I was one of 5 judges who awarded this beer the Gold medal at the 2012 California Beer Festival in Ventura.

2.5% Chocolate malt...
I was one of the judges at The California Beer Festival in Ventura last weekend and this was my favorite entry. It ended up taking second place overall.
Karl Strauss Brewing - Wreck Alley Imperial Stout took first prize
I'll be giving this recipe a shot next if I can find all the ingredients.
REALLY glad you posted this video...Thank you.
I've been thinking about getting one of these....probably not now though unless we can get some feedback on why this is happening from Sabco.
If it's not self regulating properly then why would anyone use one of these? I find it hard to believe...
I brewed this last Novemeber and just served this at a beer and food pairing dinner with 5 other beers...we served this last and paired with brownie bites. We received several comments that this was their favorite of the evening.
Other beers served were
Allagash White Ale
