Hi All, When taking hydrometer readings, does the part of the carboy the sample comes from have a large impact on the actual reading? For example, I took a reading about 4 hours after my boil, from the very top of the carboy. Is there a chance what I see here is significantly less dense...

How did yours come out? I planned to make 6 gallons with my recipe, do you see anything with mine that could use adjustment?

Hi. I've been fermenting an all grain batch and it appeared that the fermentation was slowing down and it began clearing up, but after 2 weeks, its now more cloudy, and it appears that the fermentation has picked up again. The temperature has remained constant and it hasn't been moved, any ideas...
