Bellingham? Boundary Bay, Elysian, Hales, Georgetown, Silver City, Fremont, Sound Brewing, Iron Horse, all from WA and available in bottles. From Oregon, Deschutes, Rogue, Pelican, So many. Stay away from Widmer, Pyramid IMHO. Full Sail is OK.

Heading to Mt. Hood this weekend, looking for referrals for brewpubs etc between Portland and Government Camp. Prefer family friendly. Usually we stay in Hood River area so we already know about Full Sail, Double Mountain and of course Mt. Hood. I appreciate any advice, thanks!

follow up. I swirled, I raised the temp to 72 and waited. Gravity dropped a few points. I figured maybe I didn't add enough amylase so I added another 1/4 tsp. Kept temp at 72. I'm happy to report the gravity dropped to the expected FG in 3 days and stayed there. Waited a week and kegged...
