I know this is old thread but i was at the früh shop last week and saw that they use pilsner malt and carramalt, no idea of percentages (think about 3% carramalt as a guess). 3 hop additions of bitter, bitter/aroma, and aroma and no idea what hops are used. Hope this helps. I plan to make some...
