    100% agree. I mostly wanted to get a hands on experience to make sure it's something I want to do. Good news is, it is.     Hello All, I am just starting my home brew journey. I did my first batch at a brew on premise a couple of weeks ago (Belgian Tripel) and I am gathering my equipment for home now. Looking forward to really getting into this hobby. Mike
