1oz #1Mt.Hood (4.6%) 60min
Yeast: Whitelabs WLP320 American Hefeweizen
65-75 Fermenting Degrees F.

I have a Hef in my primary its been in there since saturday 17th. It has very little foam on top.And i messed btw and did not take O.G either. Well my main question is should I bottle asap or wait till all the foam on top settles???
