I go out to check on the boil every 5 minutes or so... otherwise, I'm in the air conditioning enjoying a homebrew (it also helps that I can see my BK from out the back window, too).
I basically do everything inside except the boil. I heat up strike and sparge water in a 20 qt pot on the stove (140 degree tap water helps here). Mash tun goes on the kitchen table while I sparge. Boil on the back patio, then back inside to hook up the immersion chiller to the kitchen sink...

Hey everyone, I just started brewing a few months ago and have been lurking here ever since. I just brewed my 5th batch and first all grain batch yesterday, and learned everything about it here :) There's so much information shared here that I haven't had to ask a single question yet!
