I'm wondering if anyone has tried the condenser lid on the 80 qt Concord pots? I chose these for my electric brewery, but I'm really liking the idea of the steam condenser lid vs a hood. 80 qt Concord pots @SpikeBrewing do you guys know if your 20 gallon lid would fit?

A small update. Managed to get a few coats of urethane and a couple of coats of paste wax on the tables. Also temporarily placed the counter flow chiller and pump shelf. Getting really excited about finishing things up. Still need to do a final leak test on all equipment. But things are moving...

Well I finally got the lower shelves installed and threw on a couple of quick coats of spray paint before the rain came in. I haven't added the tippy dump to this version yet. I wanted to just get a structure built so that I can actually get back to brewing. As for holding things in place, I believe I will use a combination of SS hooks and turnbuckles to grab ahold of the handles and then have some type of wooden lip...

Probably mentioned somewhere else in the thread, but do you have links to the adapters you used to connect the ball lock to tubing going to the pump?
