    Lower your mash temperature to about 150 F.

    It might be your water. Taste your water supply unfiltered. It took me about 4 batches to realize my water was causing the plastic taste in my beer and I had to find a new source of water.

    Air compressor aeration

    As many imperial beers as I have had stop short, I have ordered the aeration kit. I hope it works, because it if does, it will be worth 10 times the price.

    Hops and dogs

    I just put up some 3 ft fencing around my garden and grow them there. I had to keep my chickens out but it works well to keep the dogs out too.
