Hi everyone, brewed first batch, 5 gallon (may have been slightly less, only got 44 bottles) partial extract, and after 2 weeks fermenting and 3-4 days in the bottle (primed with 5oz corn sugar) I couldn't wait and poured a glass. Very high amount of carbonation. Now I'm worried about bottle...
