what to do with all the grain after mashing?
I take a small part of that to make bread, but what can i do with the rest?
I read about dog cookies (it is not my case), chicken, ... Do i need to store the grain in some special way?

As i have read i should use oxi (chemipro) with warm water to take off labels. Do I have to sanitized the bottles after that or that's it (just in one step i take off labels and clean bottles)?

Hi, i am preparing a Citra & Amarillo IPA recipe and i was wondering about how many steps should I use during mashing?
Why some recipes do have several mashing steps and others, like IPA, just one step?
some suggestions?
