    uses the grain after mashing?

    what to do with all the grain after mashing? I take a small part of that to make bread, but what can i do with the rest? I read about dog cookies (it is not my case), chicken, ... Do i need to store the grain in some special way?

    My question is to prime or not do to a FG too high. If I prime sugar the FG in bottle would be almost 1018. Do bottles crash it?

    As i have read i should use oxi (chemipro) with warm water to take off labels. Do I have to sanitized the bottles after that or that's it (just in one step i take off labels and clean bottles)?

    I have a brown ale in a primary for a 2 weeks. Nowadays is FG 1016. (IG 1054) I have read that for priming put inside each bottle 1 tea spoon of sugar (dextrose or brown sugar).     Hi, i am preparing a Citra & Amarillo IPA recipe and i was wondering about how many steps should I use during mashing? Why some recipes do have several mashing steps and others, like IPA, just one step? some suggestions? in my ipa recipe i would make just one mashing step with 154F...

    As I have read in several brewing books, lot of ales recipes, talks about leaving 1 week in a primary fermenter and after that bottling. I am worried because no fermenting activity is seen (no bubbles in airlock, no kaeusen,..) nowadays while ferment was very vigorous first 2 days. Any problem...

    Hi to all, it is my first batch - from Spain - and after a little problems during the brew day (just learning..). Brown Ale. OG 1052 3 days from fermentation starts. I used Safale S-04. No much bubbles in the airlock. Kraeusen during 2 days and is over. Yesterday took gravity 1020. Today...
