Hello All. Thanks for the good info. Does anyone know how to resolve the differences between the temp probe reading and the actual mash temp? I have a medium BIAC. I followed my beersmith numbers (with Medium BIAC profile) and hit my strike temp once I mashed in....or at least I thought so...
