    Thanks for the responses! Y'all haven't convinced me! 5 gallons is way to scary...I do agree - a small batch (1 gallon in this case - not really a case) will be gone in a weekend. I think I will start with a Stout. Like the tip, gestyr, - do it or don't! I'm in....
