    Kona Brewing Koko Brown Ale

    did you strain out the coconut before primary/secondary or did you leave it in throughout fermentation? this looks awesome, i've been wanting to brew this for a while, can't wait to give it a try. thanks

    Coconut Lager

    Anyone know any tricks or recipes for making a coconut flavored lager? I had the Konacoco lager a few weeks ago and want to try to create a beer similar to it, but nobody I know has ever used real coconuts in brewing. Ideas? Suggestions? Cheers :tank:
