I won't lie, my thirst for a decent pint has been getting bigger and bigger. With the festive season just around the corner, can't be a bad time to start. With the kit, I just had to warm the can then pour the malt. Then added the sugar, dme, then yeast. All done in the right stages and temps etc.

I actually stopped drinking alcohol completely for several months mainly because of the cost. I figured that it would be financially better, and since I have been spending more time at home and becoming more domesticated, I wanted to get another 'project' on the go. I am brewing a cheap lager...

Hey, I'm Mitch. I've just started my first brew, lager brew. I was a complete novice a few weeks ago, with no knowledge of brewing at all. Between then and now I have researched and studied a lot of info about brewing. I now consider myself a pro on the topic....... Just kidding, obviously...
