    You could try the Censored ale clone (search forums, where I've posted a comment. I think there's one in the recipe section, too. same recipe). They're fairly similar* from what I remember, just pull back on the bittering hops a little bit, and maybe go a little bit lighter on the malts that...

    Lagunitas Censored Ale Clone

    As the title says: around 1.075, or about 10% potential alcohol, which means it will probably finish out at around 8%. The actual censored is 5.9%.
