I don't think the amount of yeast will be a problem, but if you put two times the amount of sugar in to bottle, I would definitely worry about bottle bombs.
Probably a stupid question, but I need to know...If I use a Ranco or other temperature controller on a refriderator to ferment in, will the freezer be the same temp as the refridgerator part? I hope this makes sense.

If not, are there any recommendations for a good thermometer in this price range?
Thanks
I racked my first beer to a secondary carboy a couple of days ago and it didn't quite fill the secondary up. It is about 4 gallons of beer which leaves extra headspace in the carboy. Should I worry about this?
The barber shop I go to has one barber. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get in the chair, but it is worth it. I can't deal with the supercuts type places or salons. I tip $3 on a $12 haircut.
Hey guys. Just wanted to say hello and thanks for all the information from the site. I brewed my first batch, an English brown ale, a few days ago and it is in the closet now. It seems like it is doing what it is supposed to do. I look forward to getting to know some of you guys and thanks...
