    Started my mead on Oct. with 14 lbs of honey, to 4 gal of water. I added 4 oranges and a handful of raisins for flavor. I forget the brand of yeast I used, but it was recommended for sweet mead wine. Lastly I added LD Carlson yeast nutrient as recommended, The mead bubbled very slowly for...
