Back to homebrewing after 15 year layoff. Previous experience was extract only. I was not overly pleased with my results despite brewing about10 batches. Now I do all grain. I am much happier with the results. The process is more complex but there is much more control.
I also feel that the internet has made a huge difference in the amount of information that is available to everyone.
I might never have attempted the all grain brewing if it wasn't for all of the support I found on line. HomeBrewTalk is a great example.
