Have you done the soapy water test at all junctions/valves/gauges? The ole' ear to the line test isn't 100% accurate :) I have seen regulators leak from some weird places. Check your Keg as well. Make sure you blow off valve isn't leaking and that your ball/pin lock connection is tight.
