hey everyone, My name is mike, I work at an orchard and I ferment hard apple cider. I am looking for a good filter system to use on the last rack before bottling.I can't seem to remove enough yeast to stop continued fermentation in the bottle. I love flat hard cider. Mike

hey jim, Stick to it. I work at cold spring orchards and it's run by UMASS. I work with lots of students and help them with cider/hard cider projects. don't know much about beer, but the micro-brew seen is grow like crazy. Mike
